Covid 19 update


We are pleased to inform you that we will reopen our Customer Branches on Tuesday 12th May!


As per the Health Authorities Guidelines, and for your safety and ours;
- Kindly wear a facemask and kindly make use of the hand sanitizer
- As you enter we will be checking for fever and we reserve the right not allow entrance if fever is detected
- We will be implementing social distancing therefore only 6 people will be allowed in
- If you’re feeling unwell, kindly do not visit our customer branches

Wednesday Extended Hours 15:00 – 18:00 at Gattard House

Nonetheless, we encourage you to make use of our Freephone and Online Portals.

Covid 19 update 27/03


In the light of recent Covid-19 developments and restrictions, we would like to inform the public that as from Monday 30th March, ARMS Customer Branches in Blata l-Bajda, Valletta and Gozo will be temporarily closed for the public until further notice.  Management has taken this decision to safeguard customers and to protect the wellbeing of its employees, who have continued to serve our clients   over the past few weeks.  Nonetheless, customers have always been ARMS top priority and we will be doing our best to continue serving all of our customers’ needs, remotely. For customer care assistance, customers may contact ARMS through;

Customers are encouraged to use ARMS online facilities through its portal: 

Applications:  Clients can download and fill the forms at home. This is ideally forwarded by email, but there will be a box at Blata l-Bajda’s Branch, which ARMS will be checking frequently. Cheque payments can also be placed in this box or sent via post.  Additionally, through eID, e-forms are available for all services and can be filled online for further simplicity and commodity.

Payments: All utility bill payments can be processed from the safety of customers’ homes. One can process a payment through; ARMS Online Portal, Internet Banking (BOV, APS, HSBC, LOMBARD, & BNF), Direct Debit, Inputting Credit Card details on the back of the utility bill and posting it to ARMS, or through a Standing Order directly from the bank account.

Meter Readings: For water and electricity meter readings, these can also be done online through ARMS Online Portal. ARMS’ meter readers are also helping out by sending an SMS and following up with a phone call to assist customers further.

Covid 19 update 23/03

As we continue to serve our customers while containing #COVID19, as of Monday 23rd March we have engaged Red Cross Malta professionals to screen both employees and customers alike,

increasing our commitment to both our staff and clients.


We are also limiting the number of customers being served at one go to better control customer flows and making sure to maintain distancing of clients during queuing and inside the branches.


We appreciate everyone’s cooperation during this time.

Covid 19 update 18/03

ARMS Ltd is working to contain #COVID19. We are following guidance of the World Health Organisation and also the Maltese Government as the matter continues to develop, we are ensuring we take the necessary actions to assist in reducing its impact.

ARMS Ltd announced on Saturday that our meter readers are sending out an SMS in advance to inform consumers we will be phoning them to obtain meter readings.

Meter reader visits have been suspended for the time being until further notice, for the wellbeing of both our employees and also our customers whose houses we visit.

As the Maltese Government works to contain #COVID19, ARMS is committed to prioritising the wellbeing of its employees and customers.

#Telework for guardians of children, meetings kept to a minimum & contingency plans to keep critical services running.

Our meter readers are sending out an SMS in advance to inform customers we will be calling them to obtain meter readings, our #customercare and #billing teams are striving to keep doing their best under trying circumstances and ask you to bear with us.

All these efforts cannot be possible without our wonderful IT team.
