You can pay all or part of a bill, or you can pay a bill on behalf of someone else without needing to be logged in as a customer. If you require more details in regards to the bill you need to be registered and logged in My Utilities.

Details needed to proceed to the next step:

Your account
number

Your account number is 12 digits starting with ‘411’ or ‘101’. You can find your account number in the centre of the header of your ARMS energy bill.

Invoice
number

Your invoice number is 8 digits long and can be found on the left of the account number in the header of your ARMS utility bill. The amount of each invoice is found on the top right-hand corner of every ARMS energy bill.

Bank account
details

You will need to enter cardholder name, card number, expiry date and CVV.
